Thanks for this. I have been meditating on and off for the past twenty-five years. My first meditation was Raj Yoga. Very powerful as it helped me through cancer I had and it made me peaceful. I have also practiced Mindfulness and Kriya Yoga. Now, I’m doing Vedic meditation. This is a mantra meditation but very powerful and deep.

I’m inspired by your journey. I hope that my journey will be just as balanced and profound as your own.
